My husband always tells me, I don't have to become best friends with all of my clients... but actually, I kind of do. Being an interior designer is a genuinely personal job. I need to understand who my clients are and how they live. Do they cook, entertain, have children? I want to know how they spend their time. For me, interior design is more than decorating a house, it's creating an authentically curated home for my new "best friend."

I started my career more than 20 years ago in Dallas, TX. My husband's job took us to Chicago and eventually landed us in sunny Tampa, FL. Somehow, with three kids and moving twice, I was able to keep my design business going, all while absorbing various aspects of design along the way.

My dream space is an eclectic mix of vintage, antique, and contemporary pieces. So yes! I love old things. They give a modern room personality, especially when they have meaning. There's nothing like finding treasures my clients forgot about and using them in a whole new way.

Whether I'm working with builders or individuals, my goal is to bring my clients vision to life through a stress free and joyful process.
